About

About ELV8 Asset Recovery Firm

ELV8 Asset Recovery Firm is a private asset recovery and public-record research company focused on identifying potential surplus proceeds and assisting individuals through the applicable recovery process.

Our Mission

To help individuals understand whether they may have an interest in surplus proceeds, and to provide organized, well-documented assistance through the applicable recovery process.

Our Approach

We begin with publicly available records rather than assumptions. Every potential claim is treated as a research matter: what the records show, what the applicable process requires, and what documentation may be needed.

Our Research Process

Our research draws on publicly available property, tax, court, and related records. Findings are reviewed and organized before a potential claimant is contacted, and we explain what we found and why we reached out.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We disclose who we are, what we do, and how our compensation works before a claimant moves forward. Company information is published on our Verify Us page and updated as it is finalized.

Naieem Kearney is the founder of ELV8 Asset Recovery Firm. A graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Government, he brings a disciplined, research-driven approach to identifying and pursuing potential surplus proceeds. His study of government and public institutions informs a strong working understanding of public records, regulatory processes, and the agencies that govern asset recovery — the same records ELV8 relies on to evaluate every potential claim. As a former NCAA Division I football player at Georgetown, he applies the same commitment, accountability, and attention to detail to each file he reviews, working through every claim methodically rather than making promises about outcomes.
